On July 1st, 1974 the senior partner of H.F.Bauer GmbH, Edwin Walser founded the firm Walser-Bauer, manufacturer of precious metals and semi-finished products extending the experience and know-how of the watch company H.F.Bauer established in 1924. 

The company soon became famous as a reliable supplier of semi-finished precious metal products, dental alloys, watch cases, watch bracelets, jewellery and machines for the metal industry and its refining.

In 2003/2004 the companies H.F.Bauer and Walser-Bauer merged to become Bauer-Walser AG.

H.F.Bauer is one of the leading names in Europe for special watches, watch cases and watch bracelets in yellow, white, red gold and in platinum.

Their products are of the highest standards and quality. The finest movements and hands are manufactured in Switzerland. Dials and leather straps are supplied by German manufacturers meeting the most stringent high-end requirements.

All watches are exclusively designed and completely manufactured in its own workshops in line with the latest technical standards and high precision craftmansship.
